HIV/AIDS workplace surveys

On this page you can download several types of HIV/AIDS workplace surveys. Their aim is to evaluate the extent of several workplace related risk factors, such as staff knowledge of HIV/AIDS and management's understanding of HIV/AIDS policy related issues. All sample surveys are anonymous and make use of a self-registering answer format.

Company evaluation survey: its aim is to assess the ‘readiness’ of a workplace to prevent and control HIV/AIDS by evaluating management procedures. Target audience: management.

Employee KAB survey: its aim is to assess the Knowledge, Attitudes and Behavior (KAB) of employees regarding HIV/AIDS. This survey is normally used to assess the need for and effectiveness of workplace training and education. Target audience: all employees.

Management surveys: these surveys assess management’s attitudes towards HIV/AIDS workplace prevention and control, using different types of interpretive scales. Target audience: human resource management.
